Recently, following reports from consumers and investigations by lawyers commissioned by our company, a large number of businesses have appeared on the market that are counterfeiting our company's Bali (Black Bull) brand and the "BALIRESIN" registered trademark, seriously affecting our company's normal market order and harming the interests of our customers. Our company hereby makes the following solemn statement:

Our company holds the exclusive right to use the following trademarks, and we have never authorized any other business to use them:

Bali (Black Bull) products are only produced at our company headquarters, Foshan Nanhai Bali Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Yutian Bali Technology Co., Ltd. Products from any other factories are counterfeit and inferior products. Many businesses claiming to be "Guangzhou Bali," "Jinniu Bali," "Hong Kong Bali" etc., are not affiliated with our brand. Please be aware of this.

Using a trademark identical or similar to our Bali (Black Bull) brand and the "BALI RESIN" registered trademark on the same or similar goods without our permission will inevitably lead to confusion with our Bali (Black Bull) brand and the "BALIRESIN" registered trademark, constituting an illegal act of infringement of our registered trademark exclusive rights. The counterfeit and inferior products from the aforementioned counterfeit factories have caused extremely negative social impact and seriously damaged the image of our Bali (Black Bull) brand.

In view of the above facts, our company will severely crack down on the infringement of counterfeit or imitation Bali (Black Bull) brand products. ， We have now commissioned lawyers to file lawsuits with the court to pursue the legal liabilities of the infringing parties, filing lawsuits with the Dongguan Second People's Court (case number: M11621811150226979189449) and the Guangzhou Huadu District People's Court (case number: 20184401110000004446).

Our company hereby again warns and urges the relevant infringing parties to immediately cease all infringing acts against our company and contact our legal department promptly; otherwise, we will resolutely pursue the legal liabilities of the relevant infringing parties (including individuals and enterprises).

Counterfeit and inferior product crackdown cases  

Case 1: Six provinces crack down on counterfeit Shell lubricating oil

In April 2015, the police received clues about the sale of counterfeit Shell lubricating oil on the Taobao platform and launched a special operation to crack down on the crime. Through investigation, they discovered clues to a cluster of cases involving six provinces. After approval by the Ministry of Public Security, the police conducted raids in Yuexiu District, Zengcheng District, and Baiyun District of Guangzhou in August and September. In addition to Guangdong, the police also conducted crackdowns in Hangzhou, Zhejiang; Weifang, Shandong; Zhengzhou, Henan; Nanjing, Jiangsu; and Qinzhou, Guangxi. In Guangzhou alone, more than 200 police officers were deployed, resulting in the solution of 10 cases, the arrest of 10 gangs, the criminal detention of 22 people, the destruction of 16 production, storage, and sales sites, and the seizure of more than 50,000 barrels of counterfeit finished oil, with a total value of 120 million yuan.

Case 2: Busting a counterfeit Giant case in Huizhou, Guangdong

On June 9, 2015, the economic investigation departments of Huizhou City and Huiyang District, Guangdong Province, successfully cracked a major criminal gang that counterfeited registered trademarks, spanning Guangdong, Hebei, Tianjin, and Shanghai. A total of 42 criminal suspects were arrested, 8 related sites were seized, and a large number of counterfeit bicycle finished and semi-finished products were seized, with a total value of more than 20 million yuan. Since May, the police in Huizhou City and Huiyang District, Guangdong Province, have received reports from the public, and the economic investigation departments of Huizhou City and Huiyang District have set up a special task force to investigate. They found that Huizhou Zhenlong Xincheng Mountain Bike Shop and Chuanyue Mountain Bike Shop had major criminal suspicions of counterfeiting registered trademarks. With the full cooperation of Alibaba security experts, the police finally identified important clues such as the factory in Shenzhen used by the criminal suspects for shipping.

Case 3: Xinfeng's victory in combating counterfeiting through legal action

"Xinfeng Industry" produced counterfeit and imitation "Xinfeng" refrigerators and freezers in Cixi, Zhejiang, prominently using the "Xinfeng" name to impersonate the "Xinfeng" trademark to deceive consumers and our regular agents and distributors. In Hebei, Liaoning, Henan, Shandong, Guizhou, and Hunan, the main sales areas of our products, they held so-called "Xinfeng" product ordering meetings or promotional meetings to sell their counterfeit and imitation "Xinfeng" products. In this action against "Xinfeng Industry," our company, together with distributors in various regions and local administrative law enforcement departments such as the industrial and commercial administration and public security, repeatedly successfully thwarted the so-called "recruitment meetings" of "Xinfeng Industry." Through legal proceedings, the "Xinfeng Industry" company name was removed from the source.
