The court determined that these trademarks are similar to Yutian Bali's prior registered trademarks, such as "Yutian Bali" and "Bali Black Bull," and that the applicant engaged in malicious acts of mass registration and leveraging reputation, violating the Trademark Law. The court's ruling effectively strikes at the arrogance of infringing behavior and demonstrates the fairness and authority of the law.

Beware of tricks; fully expose the disguise of infringement.

The series of trademarks such as "Bali Tree," "Bali Adhesive," and "Bali Light" merely add common industry terms in an attempt to evade review, and are highly similar in terms of word composition and pronunciation. At the same time, the shoe adhesives they use are the same type of goods as Yutian Bali's products, intending to confuse market perception. The "FIERCE COW" graphic trademark deliberately imitates Yutian Bali's classic bull graphic registered trademark logo, misleading consumers through visual similarity to associate the brand. Yutian Bali will not tolerate these attempts to confuse the market with a combination of punches and use "borderline" strategies to share brand reputation, resolutely collecting evidence and using legal weapons to protect its own rights and interests.
